Screening, not sign-off
Seismic parameters, slope stability verdicts, landslide thresholds and environmental indicators are screening-level estimates based on published methods and open data. They do not replace site investigation, laboratory testing or the judgement of a licensed engineer or geologist.
Data accuracy
Phone sensors and global datasets have limited accuracy. Calibrate the compass, check GPS precision before capture, and compare results with independent measurements where it matters.
Local codes
Design values follow the format of ASCE 7 and the International Building Code. Where a national code applies, it takes precedence.
